I cannot believe, no update for GD or swarm since weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!! still bugs!!!!!!!!!!
Should we wait to 27th to see geodefense running on a tablet? This should be the only excuseable reason for David not to publish a new version, because the version has the tablet code inside.
David, what do you think? No answer = I am right !!!

The delay on the GD Swarm update boils down to the implementation of the Downloadable Content (aka the Level Packs). I've got it all functional now, and the GUI is in but ugly as all sin. I have an artist working on the pretty version and once he gives me the new art and I get it in, it's ready to submit! He says he'll have me art in a week. It's the same guy who does the snazzy icons, so it'll look nice.
Oh, and as for the table... sorry... wish it were true... I'd love to have been part of whatever he's got cooking but, alas, never got the call. (sniff sniff)
That being said... if it is what we all think it is... I'm definitely onboard for a big-screen version of geoDefense stuff! That would rock!

The 1.4 update for GDS is done. I was on a little vacation with my sweetie for Valentines Day, and in fact am on the flight back now (WiFi on all Airtran flights!), so I'll be pushing to Apple store this week and making a bigger announcement on the blog.

How's that update coming? i'm stoked for the new levels and whatever other tricks you have up your sleeves. My wife is not excited for me to be glued to my phone again...but I am..

Apple rejected the update. There was a bug that snuck in between the test builds and the deploy build. Unfortunately you can't test the one you upload (yet anyway) and that can happen. I fixed the missing file problem and resubmitted it yesterday.

Easy self rightous Internet board poster...no one is being ungrateful we are just excited about the next update and were looking for a status update. If David didn't want to invite those types of posts he wouldn't have put a status up in the first place. We all love these games and are stoked that David is doing what he's doing. Get off your high horse.
